The Free-Piston Stirling Cooler (FPSC) is a compact, high-efficiency cryogenic module engineered for aerospace payload I&T, precision-instrument spot cooling, defense platforms, and portable or benchtop ULT systems.
It delivers ultra-low temperatures down to −145 °C with precise control (±0.1 °C) and instant freezing capability—cold tip to −130 °C within 3 minutes. Designed for real-world deployments, it operates across −20 °C to +42 °C ambient, draws only 80 W rated power while providing 30 W @ −80 °C (max 35 W @ −80 °C) of cooling capacity, and weighs 3.5 kg, enabling quick integration where space and power are constrained.
